Body...ATTACK!

So I am totally convinced that the only way that I can lose weight is to take 3 specific classes at the gym.  BodyPump, BodyCombat, and BodyAttack.   It's probably because they are made by people who actually know how to exercise; but I also think that it's because I am highly competitive so therefore I have to beat everyone else in the class.  (I don't normally "win" but I try...)  
Anyway, BodyAttack is my favorite and I must be crazy for saying that.  It is so HARD!  It uses every muscle in your body-including those you didn't even know you had.  I also look like a complete bafoon every time I take the class because sometimes I am not so co-ordinated.  Oh well.  It's a great workout and I always feel like I've accomplished something after I'm done.  Too bad it also makes me feel like I should be able to eat whatever I want too...

So what exactly is body attack? I love body pump and have been too scared to try anything else. I went to body pump sometime in June and have never been so sore, my entire (and i mean ENTIRE) body ached for a week!
