OMG TWILIGHT!!!

I went and saw Twilight the movie at 2:40 am on Friday morning.
LOVED IT!!!
I would just like to say that I was against Twilight.  I didn't want to read the books, but I eventually did and loved them.  I HATED their choice for Edward in the movie.  I didn't like him, didn't think he was cute, thought it would ruin the movie.
I have come around.
He is so sizzling hot.  Oy!  I adore him and am possibly a little obsessed with him now.
Loved it.
Celina and I even went and saw it again Friday night.  Ya.  We sure did.
Slayer asked me what it was about this Edward that was was so appealing to all these girls and I said you know I can't really put my finger on it, but everything he says and does makes your heart melt.  Seriously.
He laughed at me.
Honestly though, the movie was great and you should go see it and I'm sure I'll be going again soon.

Keith Olberman rocks my world.

Saw this on the youtube.  I couldn't agree with him more.  I don't really think that we are given much choice as to who we fall in love with.  Why can't we treat all different kinds of the love the same?
I know voting is over but this guy says it best.

I know it's a little long, but it's good.
P.S.-Katchie I just learned how to post videos too.

I'm it

I'm pretty popular these days and I got tagged by Christie.
Rules:  Tell 6 of your quirks, tag 6 people, leave them a comment to let them know.

Here goes.  I actually have way more than 6 because I am borderline insane... I'll try to narrow it down.
1.  I hate when people don't answer the phone, especially since everyone has a cell phone, so if people don't answer the phone I have a tendency to keep calling and calling until they answer.  How annoying, right?  I have toned it down quite a bit but Slayer will sometimes have 40 missed calls on his phone and call me in a panic.  Nothings wrong, just wanted to say hi.

2.  I have to get a new knife out for the butter every time, I can not use one that has been left there.  It sicks me out.

3.  Sometimes I get obsessive about TV shows.  To the point where I somehow convince myself that I will die if I don't watch it.  I've had to talk myself down from quite a few ledges.  (See I am insane).

4.  I have a really, really good memory and most of the time I remember the most obsolete details.  I still remember what Meagan Peek wore on the first day of 6th grade.  That was 13 years ago and I haven't seen her in 5.

5.  I am terrified of spiders.  TERRIFIED.  This is a really unrealistic fear.  I am convinced that they are out to kill me.  I watched the movie Arachnophobia when I was 12 and I only started sleeping without my head covered about 2 years ago.  I still won't put my hand behind the toilet.  I can't kill then unless they are on the floor and I can step on them otherwise I am sure they will jump on me and terrorize me.

6.  I judge people by the shoes they wear.  Shoes are everything.

That's all I could think of.  I tag everyone.

We Baracked the Vote. Whoot, whoot!

I for one am pretty proud to be an American right now.  Why you ask?  Um, because we finally pulled our heads out and got a decent guy into the presidency.  Seriously though, how awesome is President-elect Obama?  Loves him.
I'm real glad that a majority of the country has gotten over their bigotry and prejudice against black people but with all the pride I have I keep hearing a lot of people (particularly those I work with) that seem to have a problem with him being black.  Really get over it.  He is no different than you or I and if that is honestly your reason for not liking him than you need a reality check.  Be mature and don't judge others based on their skin color, it's ridiculous.

 FOR REAL!

I saw a snippet of this video on Oprah the other day and I found it very inspiring.

Happy Halloween and...stuff

Happy Halloween!

This is Jessica, Christie, Katchie, Celina, and I at Katchie's Halloween party. I'm sporting some nice hair right? I think it looks like a wig. Ya it was a sick mess the next morning. Its texture resembled straw. I had a pretty good time at the party, as it turns out though I am not much of a partyer. Celina and I were both exhausted at about 9:30 and decided that we needed to stay because we would look like dorks. There was a lady there that brought tarot cards and honestly I thought it was a bunch of garbage and then I had her read mine and it was crazy how accurate it was. I didn't tell her anything and I had never met her before and what she said really did reflect my life pretty much perfectly.
That pretty little dress I'm wearing has gotten a little tight over the past year since I first wore it. I guess I need to get to the gym, or quit eating so much.

Anyway. Enough about Halloween, it's time for Christmas! Kidding. (But sort of it is).
Tomorrow is Election Day. I for one will be happy when this whole thing is over. I am pretty sick of the garbage that is all over the TV and I am also sick of my dad giving me crap constantly about who I am voting for. He actually got really mad at me the other day and got red faced because I called Sarah Palin an idiot. Look-I call it like I see it.

I'm going to need for school to be done right now. I am hating this semester a lot! I have more homework than I have ever had and I don't have enough time for all of it. It sucks and I am thinking I might fail math again, awesome. At this rate I will never be graduating college. Oh well, what do you do...
