I don't have much to say on this thing lately because lets be honest, I'm a bore. Basically my days consist of me going to work, doing homework, and trying to workout and also hang out with my husband. So I guess what I am going to do is make it a kind of weight loss, workout diary/log thing so that I can make myself accountable for working out and (more than I am happy about) not working out. I've been lazy lately, real lazy. About my eating, about exercise and really all the hard work that I put in a couple of years ago is quickly going out the window. I want to be the person that I was, and maybe if I can't quite ever get back to that weight that I was that I thought I'd never be, I would at least like to be able to run like I did. I used to run 4 or 5 miles a day all the time! Now I'm lucky to get 3 in a couple of times a week. Don't get me wrong, that's not bad, but it's really not great for me.
So as of today, I will be accountable on here for the foods I take in and the exercise I put out and hopefully the threat of embarrassment on this thing will be enough to keep me motivated to not mess around.
I'll let you know how it goes later...right now I need to go run!
